To bring about social and
economic positive change among the poor, disadvantaged people of CHT by
undertaking sustainable participatory rights based and need based development
program that will address the causes of poverty and deprivation, HS
provides opportunities and assistance to the marginalized and impoverished people
of Chittagong Hill Tracts CHT through education and community development
programs.
