The Organizational Structure & Management:



Integrated Development Initiatives has 2 Councils- the General Council (GC), and the Executive Council (EC).
          i) The General Council (GC): The General Council is consisting of 30 members. The supreme management authority of the organization is vested with thru General Council. All the members are taken from the respective community considering their background and attitude. The GC has supreme power in overall respect of the organization; it forms EC by direct casting vote and or selecting process and provides responsibilities of project implementation, collecting, funds, appointing staff to the EC.
          ii) The Executive Council (EC): The is elected by the general council members in an election and or selection process in its Annual General Meeting for a period of 2 years term. The Executive Council is consisting of 7 members and headed by a president. The executive Council is responsible for the overall management aspect of the organization. The Executive Council prepares annual report as regards the overall performance of the organization and report to the General Council members. The Executive council meets at least 6 times in a year. This council can meet on emergency basis at any time in the year as and when needed. The problems and issues as regards the ongoing program activities are discussed in this meeting and necessary recommendations are made to solve operational of the organization and project implementation.

 Project Management:
          The member president of the organization is designated as the Executive Director by virtue of his position and authorized by the Executive Council to shoulder the overall operational responsibility of all the development projects undertaken by the organization. He is directly responsible for the overall management and implementation of the entire development project undertaken by the organization. For the smooth operation, implementation and management of the program activities the members of the Executive Council play a vital role in the management operational process of the projects undertaken by the organization.The Executive Director is empowered by the Executive Council for the overall administration of the project and to make administrative decision as and when needed. The Executive Director is responsible for the successful implementation of the project. He supervises the program, administration, accounts, and ensure keeping of proper record of expenditure, disburser and realization of credit and other activities of according to the project plan and budget. The Executive Director through recruitment process recruits all the mid level, senior level program personnel and Accounts and Administrative personnel. The Executive director is responsible to the Executive Council for the overall performance of the project activities and achievement.
Financial Management and Control:
          In order to maintain transparency in financial system, Integrated Development Initiatives is in the practice of maintaining proper books of account and has proper control on its funds according to the rules of the prescribed financial policy approved by the general & executive council; cash in hand and at bank. For this purpose, a separate bank account will be opened against each project it is needed. The bank account is maintained with the joint signature of the Executive Director, secretary and cashier with any two joint signature of the three signatories and maintained the financial management according to the financial rules and policies of Integrated Development Initiatives.

To bring about social and economic positive change among the poor, disadvantaged people of CHT by undertaking sustainable participatory rights based and need based development program that will address the causes of poverty and deprivation, HS provides opportunities and assistance to the marginalized and impoverished people of Chittagong Hill Tracts CHT through education and community development programs.
